With the aim of creating
a model 21st century city, we are pushing forward,
in cooperation with Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.
with the redevelopment of our 180,000m2
idle factory site in Tokyo's Fuchu City to establish
the Fuchu Intelligent Park, a new information-intensive
business area.
JSW is actively involved in the development
of various project, for regions and with regions,
in order to vitalize the local communities and
enhance convenience. These projects include
rentals of office buildings, housing, and commercial
buildings, using company land, as well as projects
like the Muroran Yayoi Shopping Center, which
have attracted top quality tenants. |
