The Japan Steel Works, Ltd.(JSW) decided to unify
our Magnesium Process Equipment & Products Division with Injection
Moulding Machinery Division on Feb. 1st, 2009. |

Our Magnesium Process Equipment & Products
Division entered into aluminum alloy die casting business last year
and now try to expand the field of business.
With this unification, JSW will grow each business of plastic injection
moulding machinery, magnesium process equipment & products and
aluminum alloy die casting.
In addition, we create new business, products and market, demonstrate
the synergies like an efficient operation of the management resources. |
