We thank you for your continued confidence and patronage of our injection molding machine, and we cannot help expressing our heartfelt sympathy to you sufferer due to the great flood in Thailand.
Unfortunately, please note that we shall not either deal with a problem or give endorsement to any injection molding machines suffered by the great flood in Thailand (hereinafter referred to as “Afflicted Machines”) as indicated below. We appreciate your understanding.

1.	Expiration of Guarantee Standard Please note that Guarantee stipulated in Guarantee Standard for Injection Molding Machine (hereinafter referred to as “Guarantee Standard”) which has been already provided to you by JSW together with the Injection Molding Machine (hereinafter simply referred to as “Machine” or “Machines”) shall apply only to damages or malfunctions of Machine arising from normal use. Please make sure that Guarantee Standard shall not apply to any damages or malfunctions of Afflicted Machines irrespective of whether or not such Machine is within the warranty period because those damages or malfunctions are due to force majeure as Act of God and arise from other than normal use.

2.	After-Sales Service for Afflicted Machines We, including but not limited to our affiliated company, have no knowledge about what influence should our services have on Afflicted Machines caused by a great flood because we have never dealt with such an Afflicted Machines. We are not prepared to provide Afflicted Machines with any after-sales services including but not limited to parts supply, the provision of instruction manual because it is or will be impossible for us to forecast or to investigate the effect of flood damage on Machines.

3.	Liability for Resold Afflicted Machines Liability for resold Afflicted Machines shall be subject to the terms of sales with your counterparty on the individual contract regardless of you are a seller or a purchaser of Afflicted Machines. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any troubles or accidents arising from such individual contract.
