TEX Twin Screw Extruders

TEX is a co-rotating twin screw extruder which ensures both high degassing and high kneading performance. In combination with a gear pump, the TEX enables direct film/sheet processing.

World's Highest Torque Now Available
The ultra high torque provides an increase in throughput while at the same time enabling JSW to downsize the extruder. Another benefit of the high torque is the ability to prevent excessive polymer temperatures even in highly viscous resins.

P Series Single Screw Extruders

P series are single screw extruders for film and sheet processing. They offer the latest in technological advances gained from our many years experience. To date, JSW has over 6000 units installed. P series extruders are available in screw diameter from 40–250mm. photo:Single Screw Extruders
As with our TEX extruders, the P series is available in a variety of screw designs to meet the most demanding applications resulting in stable extrusion, strong kneading at lower temperatures and the elimination of gels or bubbles.
