Dividends

The Group's basic stance is to pay stable and continuous dividends to shareholders, and to pay dividends commensurate with periodic profits and to improve the dividend payout ratio. In addition, the Group strives to increase its internal reserves to contribute to investments for long-term and stable business development, technological development, and strengthening of its financial position.
In order to further clarify our stance on returning profits to shareholders, during the period of our medium-term management plan "JGP2025," we will "aim for a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% or more, with a minimum consolidated dividend on equity (DOE) ratio of 2%.
