This equipment presses the Print Circuit Board (PCB) under vacuum condition.
High precise press would be performed with temperature controlled flat heating platen.
(Heated by Oil, Steam or Electric heater)

Hot press is a device that has a pair or multiple hot platens heated by oil, steam, or a heater, etc. Materials are inserted between that platen and heated or heated and cooled while be applied pressure to pressed and formed.
It is suitable for applications such as uniformly pressing flat materials (adhesion), and plywood forming, decorative laminates, copper-clad laminates for printed circuit boards, and multilayer boards.

Currently, the main target is electronic parts, and the most common type is that performs thermo-compression bonding in a vacuum.
For productivity improvement, multi-stage type with a large number of hot plates placed at a predetermined interval is often used.
