This machine has both High-speed injection and Extended Holding time performance.
This can used for both thin wall products and thick wall products.
EHD has achieved unprecedented performance by using a dedicated servo motor developed in-house and our original servo drive technology "J's Drive System®".
A wide variety of products such as thin-walled products that require high-speed injection and thick-walled products that require long holding time can be molded with one injection molding machine.

By installing an JSW original servo motor, both high-speed injection and long-term pressure retention performance are achieved.
While it is possible to perform high-speed precision injection unique to electric machine, it is also possible to mold thick lenses, which electric machine is not good at.
By improving the setting followability of the injection operation to 3 times the standard specifications, finer adjustment of the injection conditions is possible.
It is effective in places where defects have occurred because fine adjustments cannot be made with standard specifications, such as resin leaks in the film overhang at film insert molding.
This system is ideal for injection molding machines, with the servo amplifier, servo motor, and control all developed in-house.
