Thermosetting resins have properties such as heat resistance and flame retardancy that cannot be supplemented by thermoplastic resins, and are widely used as metal substitutes and heat-resistant products.

    Heat-medium style barrel temperature control

    Heat medium type cylinder temperature control<

    In order to suppress local overheating and temperature variation of the material in the barrel, a heat-medium style barrel temperature control is adopted, in which a temperature-controlled liquid flows around the outer circumference of the barrel.

    High precision Gas venting technology

    In order to discharge the gas generated when the resin cures, a degassing operation is performed to slightly open the mold after the injection is completed or during the injection.
    This machine eliminates poor appearance by efficiently discharging gas while suppressing burrs by the precise interlocking of injection and mold clamping unique to all-electricity.

    UF. Urea-Formaldehyde

    Feature

    Excellent electrical insulation and arc resistance. Low cost.
    Decomposes weakly into steam, hot water, strong acids and strong alkalis.

    Use

    Wiring equipment, lighting equipment, button, Mahjong pie, Shogi (Japanese chess) piece.
    Because it is easy to color and inexpensive, it is often used for everyday miscellaneous goods.

    PF. Phenol Formaldehyde

    Feature

    It is strong even at high temperatures and has excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance, and heat insulation.
    Resistant to acids, solvents and water. Low cost.
    Difficult to color, Sensitive to impact ,and Not alkaline resistant.

    MF. Melamine Formaldehyde

    Feature

    It is glossy and scratch-resistant and easy to color.
    Excellent in impact resistance, water resistance and electrical insulation.
    Easy to crack. Decomposes weakly to steam, hot water, strong acid and strong alkali.

    Tableware, Electrical appliances, Switches

    DAP. Diallyl Phthalate

    Feature

    Excellent electrical characteristics and dimensional accuracy, with little deterioration in performance under high humidity. Expensive.

    Use

    Connectors, telecommunications equipment parts, electronic device parts

    EP. Epoxy

    Feature

    It has insulation, arc resistance, and chemical resistance, and is compatible with metals and glass. Expensive.

    Use

    Electronic components such as printed wiring boards and seals of resistors and capacitors.
