This is a vacuum deaeration system with a fixed quantity feeder that solves various molding defects caused by resin gas and moisture.

This is a compact and high performance vacuum deaerator with a fixed quantity feeder.
By degassing the gas and moisture generated from the resin and the air entrained during plasticization from the hopper side of the cylinder, yellowing and burning caused by the gas are prevented.
It also reduces the buildup of molding deposits, reducing the frequency of mold maintenance.
We have a lineup of two types of equipment, "J Melter®" and "VACMELTOR".

    Degassing effect

    Even if the resin is undried, the generation of bubbles is suppressed to almost the same level as the dried resin.
    The drying time of the resin can be significantly reduced.

    Reduction of mold deposit
