Magnet Clamp System J-MAG

This is the Built-in magnet clamp system.
Optional equipment required for conventional magnet clamper specifications is not required.

※J-MAG® can only be installed in the small size J-ADS series. (Clamping force: from 300kN to 1,800kN)

A magnet clamper can be built into the small J-ADS series platen.
This “J-MAG®” system assist mold changing process and are helpful for production of many kinds in small quantities, shorter delivery time, and production efficiency without changing machine standard specification.

    Magnet clamper built-in structure

    The "Daylight extension", "Nozzle extension", and "Ejector rods extension" that are essential for a normal magnet clamper are not required. This reduces installation costs.

    Can be mounted on our existing machine

    Since it is mounted using existing tap holes of standard machine, it can be mounted on the molding machine already in the factory.

    Can be operated with one controller

    The magnet clamper can be controlled by the controller of the injection molding machine.
