    Highly Rigid Mold Clamping Unit that Reduces Burrs

    The "flat press platen" clamps the mold uniformly, enabling molding with fewer burrs than with hydraulic machines.
    This makes it easier to remove burrs in the post-process, reduces the amount of rubber used, extends the life of the mold, and reduces the frequency of maintenance.

    Injection Unit Ideal for Rubber Molding

    The low heat generation rubber screw that suppresses hardening and decomposition, heat medium temperature control that uniformly controls cylinder temperature, and servo motors that allow metering of even high-hardness rubber with a margin of error are effective in stabilizing product quality.

    Quiet and Easily Maintainable Machine

    No driving noise from the hydraulic pump makes the machine quieter during automatic operation.
    No hydraulic oil-related management is required, and maintenance can be easily performed since items such as periodic inspections can be checked on the controller.
