Repex J-TAC realizes higher accuracy and operability by adding new functions to our Thickness Auto Control system which has many function such as compatibility with various kinds of thickness sensor and flexible support for higher-level communication.
Repex J-TAC
Experts can converge the thickness by adjusting the die bolt manually, because they have a lot of experience and intuition. Is it possible to reproduce the same experience as experts in thickness auto control system?...As a function that embodies that idea, we have developed artificial intelligence "Repex Engine" and installed it in the thickness control system "Repex J-TAC" The control output and thickness change control are learned, and the gain parameter is calculated from the learning result. Repex J-TAC is expected to improve both accuracy and covergence time compared to conventional PID control. This control does not require various settings in PID control, and the parameters are optimally adjusted during control.
Fusion with Fully Automatic T-Die
Expect faster and more accurate thickness control by combining with the fully automatic T-Die "Smart Adjuster" developed by our company.
It is a function that promotes learning and accelerates the covergence of thickness. Each heat bolt is equipped with a learner, and by sharing the experience data of each heat bolt, the ideal output can be determined without spending time.
The neck of thickness control is the hold of the lip gap due to the interference between adjacent bolts. For AIM operation, the state of the thickness of the surrounding heat bolt is also incorporated in the control amount.
Smooth control operation is realized by setting the output in consideration of heat bolt interference.
Control response time is greatly reduced compared to heater control.
The amount of adjustment is memorized, and the lip gap can be managed.
