JSW Delivers Its First Vacuum Hot Press Machine for High-Multilayer PCB to India

The Japan Steel Works, Ltd. (JSW) has delivered the "MHPC Series" vacuum hot press machine for multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) to Lion Circuits, who is a multilayer PCB manufacturer headquartered in Bengaluru, India.
This marks JSW’s first installation of a vacuum hot press machine in the Indian market.
The newly delivered machine will support the development and mass production of high Multilayer PCB designed for high-speed communication equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
To ensure optimization of the customer’s operation and stable production, JSW will provide ongoing technical support on a regular basis.

Southern India—particularly the Bengaluru area—continues to strengthen its position as a major hub for the electronics industry, driving growing demand for advanced multilayer PCB technology.
In partnership with Lion Circuits, JSW plans to offer live machine demonstrations and production tests using the installed machine to PCB and electronic devices manufacturers across the region.
In addition, JSW established the “JSW Experience Centre India” in Gurugram in September 2025, a facility designed to showcase JSW products and serve as a venue for technical seminars and industry information exchange.

Looking ahead, JSW will handle our accumulated expertise to support customer challenges and expand our market presence in India, where demand for advanced multilayer PCB manufacturing equipment is expected to continue growth.
Through these efforts, JSW aims to contribute to the realization of a more sustainable and prosperous society.
