Polyolefin extruders/pelletizers are the machines that produce polyolefin pellets with mixture of various additives.

Polyolefin pellets are used for the molding process of plastic products.
Polyolefin extruders/pelletizers are mainly developed for the pelletizing and mixing (compounding) of polyolefin plastics and contribute to development and optimization of the plastics resin manufacturing process.

JSW has been manufacturing various types of extruders/pelletizers to meet the demands of the plastics industry since the 1950s.
The "large" polyolefin pelletizers are machines that produce polypropylene or polyethylene pellets continuously 24/7 at high throughput up to 125tons/h with using maximum 800mm diameter screw.
The machine has been adopted by major petrochemical manufacturers worldwide.

Immediately after the reaction, neat polymer is in powder or liquid form and chemically unstable, making it unsuitable for the molding process of final molded products.
Therefore, pelletizers melt and knead neat polymers with various additives to stabilize them and pelletize them after obtaining the required physical properties.

Main resin application : PP, HDPE, LLDPE and LDPE/EVA
Main Process application : Mixing, pelletizing, devolatilizing, in-line compounding

Various type of machines are available such as CMP, CIM, single screw extruder in order to meet customer’s process requirements.
